It is the machine that melts and stores the chocolate scraps that occur in the production of chocolate. The discarded chocolates are placed in specially designed serpentines inside the machine and the chocolate is melted by the hot water in the serpentines and stored in the cauldron. It is possible to obtain separated chocolate from products such as hazelnuts, puffed rice and almonds in chocolate with its filters.
